The organic range has been sourced from many reputable farms around the world. Absolute Aromas have visited many of the farms themselves, in order to ensure that the high levels of quality and purity that have made Absolute Aromas stand out in the marketplace, remain at the forefront of their company ethos.<p>Lemongrass is produced from two totally distinct botanical species of Cymbopogon. Citratus is found only under cultivation and, despite early origins in Sri Lanka and India, it is sometimes confusingly referred to as West Indian Lemongrass. The other type is Cymbopogon Flexuosus which is only cultivated in relatively limited areas of India. Lemongrass oil is distilled from the fresh or partly dried leaves of the grass. It is generally easy to produce and its yield is quite good. However organic availability of this oil is fairly low, as only a few countries produce Lemongrass organically.<p>
Like most lemon-scented oils, Lemongrass can be very refreshing. Try adding one drop each of Lemongrass, Lavender and Geranium to a bowl of warm water and soaking tired feet for 10 minutes. A few drops of Lemongrass and Cedarwood in an oil burner will help keep insects away during the summer months. <p>
Lemongrass should be used in moderation by those with sensitive skin.

Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.

Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Rest of the World
Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.
As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.
All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
