Organic milk chocolate made bean to bar in Devon from Peruvian cocoa. Salcombe Dairy roast and conche in-house rather than melting down someone else's couverture, and the Peruvian beans give a fruitier, considerably less flat profile than the milk chocolate most people grew up on. A 75g bar worth eating slowly.
