Organic spelt penne made from maestro quality Triticum Dicoccum, an ancient wheat with a nuttier flavour than durum. Spelt still contains gluten, so it is not suitable for coeliacs. Realfoods by Organico source from small Italian and Spanish producers rather than large industrial ones, which is why the range is narrow and the provenance is specific. 500g.
