Organic British beef tallow from grass-fed cattle, rendered and set in a 275g jar. Tallow has a high smoke point and a savoury depth that neither butter nor vegetable oil brings, which is why chips fried in it taste the way they used to. Also good for searing and for roasting potatoes.

  • We cannot ship to: Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland
  • Liquids over 100ml cannot be shipped outside the UK

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.
