Cured, air-dried beef in a 30g single-serve pack. Biltong is air-dried rather than cooked, which gives a firmer texture and a deeper, more beefy flavour than jerky. High in protein, and it keeps at room temperature until opened. Air-drying concentrates the beef rather than cooking it, so a small pack goes further than the weight suggests.

  • Liquids over 100ml cannot be shipped outside the UK

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times
