The original Caesar dressing, from the family of the restaurateur who is credited with inventing the salad in Tijuana in 1924. It is built on parmesan, garlic, anchovy and lemon, and it is thinner and sharper than the thick supermarket versions. A 350ml bottle, and it dresses far more than salad.
