D-Toxis Essential Apple 150ml

This is a concentrated liquid you dilute across a large volume of water and drink through the day.

It contains concentrated apple juice, tapioca syrup, water, agave syrup, tamarind pulp at 600mg per 15ml, natural flavouring, concentrated elderberry juice, artichoke and dry green tea extracts at 150mg per 15ml.

The tamarind and artichoke are the traditional botanicals here; the apple and agave are what make it drinkable.

Ortis's directions are to shake well, then dilute 15ml into a 1.5 litre bottle of water each morning and drink it across the day.

That is the practical point: this is not a shot to knock back but a way of flavouring the water you were going to drink anyway, over a defined period.

At 15ml a day a 150ml bottle is a ten-day course, which is how Ortis intend it to be used.

Drinking it across the day rather than in one go is part of the instruction.

Shake the bottle well from side to side before use. Every morning, dilute 15ml of this detox drink in a 1.5l bottle of still water and drink throughout the day. Repeat every three months for optimum effect.
