1. How often should it be used?
We recommend using Otosan Spray® daily as a preventive method to maintain ear hygiene and remove wax plugs.
2. Which conditions is it recommended for?
It is ideal for all conditions caused by difficulty in removing wax from the ear, such as hearing loss sensation, blocked-ear sensation, buzzing, whistling, tinnitus, background noises, pain and even vertigo.
3. Does it have any side effects?
It normally does not have any side effects, since it is made with organically farmed plant extracts, and is free from propellant gases, colourings and preservatives, guaranteeing high levels of tolerance. Before use, please read the instruction leaflet.
4. Can I use Otosan Spray® together with Otosan Ear Cone and/or Ear Drops?
For complete and accurate ear hygiene we recommend using Otosan Spray combined with the Otosan Ear Cone. In fact, the ear spray, when administered before treatment with the ear cone, emulsifies wax, making the treatment easier and more effective.
UK Delivery
We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.
Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.
Europe
Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Rest of the World
Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.
As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.
All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
