A traditional panettone made with a wheat sourdough starter, which is the slow route and the one that gives the cake its feathery, shredded crumb. Probios make this one both organic and vegan, so there is no butter or egg in it. A 500g cake, which is the smaller of the traditional sizes.

  • £10 per kg – calculated at checkout

Rest of the World

  • £15 per kg – calculated at checkout
  • We cannot ship to: Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland
  • Liquids over 100ml cannot be shipped outside the UK

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times
