Mill & Folks Red Lentil Fusilli is a gluten-free pasta made from 95% red lentil flour, offering a rich flavour and firm texture. High in plant-based protein and fibre, it supports nutritious, low-fat meals suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. Easy to cook in 3-5 minutes, this pasta holds its shape well and provides essential vitamins. Red lentil flour (95%), water, psyllium husk flour

Cook in boiling water, on low heat for 3-5 minutes. If ready filter and rinse with plenty of water. Serve according to your taste.
