Pataks Biryani Paste is a ready-made blend of aromatic spices used to build a classic biryani, taking the guesswork out of measuring individual spices. Fry with onions and your choice of meat or vegetables, layer with part-cooked rice, and steam to finish for a fragrant, spiced rice dish.

This 283g jar is a store-cupboard shortcut to a proper biryani.

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
