This is the larger pack of Immune C, with the same formula as the smaller one.

Two tablets supply 1800mg of vitamin C, 100mg of black elderberry extract standardised to 4 percent total flavonoids, 40mg of ginger, 20mg of bilberry extract at 2 percent anthocyanidins, and 6mg of zinc. Vitamin C and zinc both contribute to the normal function of the immune system, and vitamin C also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Standardising the elderberry and bilberry to a stated percentage is what separates this from a formula listing the herbs by weight alone: you know how much of the active fraction is present.

Patrick Holford's directions are one tablet twice daily with food.

At two a day this pack covers two months, which is the practical case for the 120 over the smaller count if you take it through the winter.
