Black Elderberry Extract (4% total flavonoids) 100mg

Bilberry Extract (2% anthocyanadins) 20mg

Zinc 6mg

Vitamin C Preparation (Ascorbic Acid with Hypromellose), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Black Elderberry Extract, Ginger Powder, Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate & Silicon Dioxide), Glazing Agent (Glycerine & Hypromellose), Bilberry extract, Zinc Citrate.

One tablet taken twice daily with food, or as professionally directed.
