Mochi rice bites with black pepper — light, crunchy and chewy at once. The pepper is warm rather than sharp. A 150g sharing bag, and a genuine change from crisps. Mochi is made from glutinous rice pounded until it turns springy, then baked, which is where the unusual crunchy-then-chewy texture comes from. Nothing else in a crisp aisle behaves quite like it.
