Made with durum wheat, these golden flatbreads are a delicious twist on the classic street food speciality from the Emilia-Romagna region. Hot-pressed and thinner than traditional Piadina, the taste is nuttier, with subtle hints of caramel too. A deliciously versatile Italian lunchtime staple.
