Symprove’s fermented, water-based formula contains live, active bacteria and is free from gluten, dairy, added colours, and flavours. Its light texture, comparable to naturally flavoured water, makes consuming a 70ml serving each morning effortless.

Available in four flavours—including Pineapple—this scientifically supported liquid delivers billions of viable bacteria to the gut.

Key strains like Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Plantarum, Rhamnosus, and Enterococcus Faecium work synergistically to promote digestive health and microbial balance.

Water, extract of germinated barley (gluten free), fermented with cultures† of: L. rhamnosus NCIMB 30174, E. faecium NCIMB 30176, L. plantarum NCIMB 30173,, L. acidophilus NCIMB 30175; acidity regulators: ascorbic acid, trisodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; natural flavourings.

Shake bottle gently before use. Take 70ml of Symprove every morning 10 minutes before you eat or drink. Designed to deliver approximately 10 billion colony forming units (CFUs) per 70ml. Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children. Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 10 days. Please do not heat or freeze as you may damage the live and active bacteria.
