An amino acid found in blood and muscle tissue. It contributes to normal muscle function especially recovery from exercise. It is a nitrogen donor, pivotal in the formation of aminos, the building blocks of protein in the body.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Dissolve one rounded teaspoon (5g) of powder twice daily in the liquid of your choice. Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
