Live bacteria cultures: lactobacillus acidophilus (LA001/PBS066), lactobacillus casei (LC010), lactobacillus rhamnosus (LRH020), bifidobacterium bifidum (BF210), bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (BL050); capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Adults and children 4 years and over, take 1 capsule daily preferably with breakfast or a meal. Can be increased to 2 capsules a day. If preferred, capsule contents can be mixed into cold liquids or foods. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
