Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast. Capsule can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and mixed with cold food or cold drink.

For full benefits take daily for at least 3 months. Safe for long term use.

If taking with antibiotics increase to 2 capsules per day. Leave 2-4 hours between Probio7 Original and your antibiotic.
