Award winning & additive-free. Just filtered fresh whey from cheesemakers using organic milk from cows grazing on grass pastures. Turning waste into quality cold filtered highly bioavailable protein. Contains all the branched chain and essential amino acids, bioactive proteins such as Lactoferrin and Immunoglobulin (IgG), as well as numerous vitamins, minerals and other beneficial nutrients, all naturally present in the whey. There's a healthy 19.6g of delicious clean creamy protein per 25g serving.

One ingredient: Pure Organic Whey Protein

Mix 25g with 75-100ml of water or milk (dairy or plant based) vigorously in a shaker for 30 seconds, or for 10 seconds in a blender. A very effective alternative is to use a handheld milk frother for around 10-15 seconds.

You can use more liquid as desired, though it won't be as creamy. It can also be added to smoothies, yoghurt, bread, cakes, or just about any food or drink you fancy giving an extra protein boost.
