The 2 strips on the back of the patch make it easier to apply: see diagram below.

1/ Start applying the patch by positioning it in the middle of the lower back area. Remove the first protective strip (1), starting at the centre and peeling it away from the top downwards. Stick the patch onto the skin as you gradually remove the protective strip.

2/ Repeat the process for the second protective strip (2). Warning! Do not remove the protective strip all at once, as the patch might stick to itself. If applied to very hairy skin, the patch can be removed more easily under the shower stream (make sure the water is not too hot, water at room temperature is ideal).
