-For weight loss/management - use five or six days a week for breakfast or lunch. It's high in Fibre and is not only good for your digestive system, it will leave you feeling satiated.

Blend or shake with 200-250ml of your favourite milk or nut milk.
Alternatively add 1-3 scoops with natural or Greek yogurt or porridge.

A typical serving of Purition Original contains: 16g protein | 12g fat | 2g net carbs | 6g fibre | 200 calories (excluding milk or yogurt).

Blend it with 200–250ml milk to make a shake.
Stir into a small pot or serving of yoghurt for an easy yoghurt bowl.
Or simply mix with a dash of hot water or milk to make your own instant porridge.
