This is a multi-enzyme tablet with betaine hydrochloride and peppermint oil alongside.

Each tablet supplies papain at 48,000 USP units per gram, amylase at 40,000 SKB units per gram, lipase at 105,000 lipase units per gram, bromelain at 1200 GD units per gram, 100mg of betaine HCl, and peppermint oil.

The unit measures are the useful part. Enzymes are graded by activity rather than weight, so 4.17mg of papain at a stated USP figure tells you far more than a milligram total on its own would. Products quoting only weight cannot be compared with those quoting activity.

Quest's directions are one or two tablets with each meal, swallowed with water.

At three meals a day this pack lasts a fortnight to a month. Quest also make a 180 tablet size, which is better value if you take it regularly.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.

Bulking agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Betaine HCl, Amylase (with Maltodextrin), Lipase (with Maltodextrin), Bromelain (with Maltodextrin), Papain, Magnesium Stearate, Anit-caking agent: Silicon Dioxide, Peppermint Oil, Glazing Agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. 

Take one or two tablets daily with each meal. Swallow with water.
