This is a focused three-vitamin formula rather than a full B complex, at high strengths.

Each tablet supplies 200mg of vitamin B1 and 50mg of vitamin B6, together with vitamin B12. Thiamin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 all contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and B6 and B12 also contribute to normal psychological function.

Leaving out the other B vitamins is deliberate. A general B complex spreads modest amounts across eight nutrients; this concentrates on three at levels a complex would not reach.

Quest's directions are one tablet daily with or after food, giving a month from this pack.

Please check the pack for the vitamin B12 amount, as the figure on our listing appears to carry a units error.

Vitamin B6 above 10mg a day is not advised for extended periods without medical supervision. Do not exceed the stated dose, and speak to your doctor before taking this long term.
