Kyolic is aged garlic extract, and the ageing is the point: the garlic is matured over an extended period, which removes the pungency, so these tablets are odourless in a way that fresh or plain dried garlic is not.

Each tablet supplies 1000mg of aged garlic extract. Alongside it are hydroxypropylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate as anticaking agents, and a hydroxypropylmethylcellulose glaze. It is free from hydrogenated fat, animal substances and artificial additives.

Quest's directions are one or two tablets daily with food.

We list the Kyolic range in several sizes and strengths, including 600mg in 30, 60, 90 and 120 tablets, and 1000mg in 30 and 60. This is the larger 1000mg pack, and works out better per tablet than the 45 or the 30 if you take it consistently.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Speak to your doctor before taking garlic supplements if you are on anticoagulant medication or due surgery.
