Kyolic is aged garlic extract, and the ageing is the whole point of it.

Each tablet supplies 600mg of aged garlic extract, with hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent, croscarmellose sodium and silicon dioxide as an anticaking agent.

The cloves are aged over an extended period, around twenty months, which converts the pungent sulphur compounds in raw garlic into milder ones. That is why these tablets are odourless where fresh or plain dried garlic is not, and it is the reason people choose Kyolic over cheap garlic tablets.

Take one or two tablets a day with food.

This 30 tablet pack is the smallest in the range. Quest also list 600mg in 60, 90 and 120 counts, and a 1000mg strength, and the larger sizes work out considerably better per tablet, so this one really suits trying it first.
