• Lactase Biotix combining lactase enzyme and lactobacilli probiotic in an acid resistant capsule and is ideal for those who are intolerant to lactose in foods.
• Lactose, or milk sugar as it is commonly known, is broken down in the intestine by the enzyme lactase. Individuals with lactose intolerance are unable to produce adequate amounts of lactase enzyme in order to fully digest the lactose found in dairy products. As many as 15% of people of northern European descent are lactose intolerant and this level is much higher in other ethnic groups, especially Asian and Black populations. Common symptoms include abdominal cramping, belching, flatulence and diarrhea.

One capsule provides:
Lactase 200 mg
Lactobacilli Culture 30 mg Providing 2 billion (2 x 109):
L.rhamnosus & L.bulgaricus
Lactase, microcrystalline cellulose, lactobacilli culture, magnesium stearate, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, gelling agent: gellan gum).
Free From: Hydrogenated fats; artificial preservatives, colours or flavours; added sucrose, lactose or salt; yeast, wheat or gluten, animal products.

One to two capsules with meals containing milk or dairy produce.

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.

Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.

Europe

Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Rest of the World

Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.

Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.

As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.

All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
