Almost all glucosamine is made from shellfish. This one is not, which is the entire reason it exists.

Each tablet supplies 1500mg of glucosamine sulphate KCl, providing 1127mg of glucosamine sulphate of which 885mg is glucosamine. Alongside it are microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and a hydroxypropylmethylcellulose glaze.

Read those three figures carefully when comparing brands. The KCl weight, the sulphate weight and the glucosamine itself are three different numbers for the same tablet, and products quote whichever flatters them.

It is free from hydrogenated fat, artificial preservatives, colours and flavours, added starch, sucrose, lactose, salt, yeast, wheat and gluten.
