Quest Vitamin B12 1000mcg provides a high-strength dose of vitamin B12 in a convenient once-daily tablet. Vitamin B12 plays an important role in normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, making it a useful supplement for supporting everyday energy levels.

Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the formation of red blood cells. It additionally supports the normal function of the immune system.

Each tablet provides 1000mcg of vitamin B12, with 90 tablets per pack for a three-month supply when taken once daily.

Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Dicalcium Phosphate, Vitamin B12 (triturate in dicalcium phosphate), Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.

One tablet daily, taken with food.
