Ascorbic acid (with hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Dicalcium phosphate, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Citrus bioflavonoids (with maltodextrin), Lecithin (from soya), Anticaking agent (magnesium stearate), Glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
Free from: Hydrogenated fat; animal substances; artificial preservatives, colours and flavours; added starch, sucrose, lactose or salt; yeast, wheat or gluten.

Take one to three tablets daily with food.
