Lion's mane usually comes as a capsule or a powder. These are gummies, which is the whole point of them.

Two gummies supply 2000mg of high-strength lion's mane extract. The base is glucose syrup, sugar and water, set with pectin rather than gelatin, with citric acid, trisodium citrate as an acidity regulator, black carrot extract for colour, coconut oil, natural flavouring and a carnauba glaze.

Pectin rather than gelatin means these suit vegetarians, which is not true of most gummy supplements.

Trip's directions are two gummies daily, so this pack covers a month.

They do contain sugar, as all gummies do, which is the trade-off for not swallowing anything. If that matters to you, a powder or a standard supplement will suit you better, and will usually be cheaper per gram of extract.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of children, as they look and taste like sweets.
