Reishi Mushroom 30 Tablets

Reishi is sold in two quite different forms, and this one states which you are getting.

Each tablet supplies 600mg of reishi mushroom extract from Ganoderma lucidum, with microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate and cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as bulking agents.

The distinction that matters is fruiting body against mycelium. Much cheaper mushroom material is mycelium grown on grain, and the grain is not separated out, so a large part of the stated weight is substrate rather than mushroom. Extract from the fruiting body is the more concentrated material.

New Nordic's directions are one tablet in the morning with a glass of water, giving a month from this pack.

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor first if you take anticoagulant medication.

Take 1 tablet in the morning, with a glass of water. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle.
