Simply mix the powder with water and enjoy as part of your calming evening routine. Key ingredients include magnesium, which promotes normal psychological and muscle function as well as electrolyte balance; iodine and copper, which aid nervous system health; and zinc, manganese, and vitamin C, which contribute to bone health and protect cells from oxidative stress. Chromium helps maintain healthy blood glucose levels, while lemon balm enhances relaxation. This formula also provides of the NRV for vitamin D.
Add one sachet of Wassen Relax & Unwind to 500ml of water (or to taste) per day and mix well. Ideal to take with your main meal for best results.
