Probio7 Restore is a 30-day programme made up of two phases:
1. Phase 1 (the first 15 days) is taken be taken during your antibiotic to replenish your gut microbiome with good bacteria.
2. Phase 2 (the remaining 15 days) is to be taken after your antibiotics have finished to help return your gut microbiome to its former state.

Each capsule of Probio7 Advanced (Phase 2) contains: Chicory Inulin Fibre (Fructo-oligosaccharide), Acacia Gum (Fibre), Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose (Vegetable Cellulose Capsule Shell), Saccharomyces boulardii (Yeast), Bacteria Complex*, Bulking Agent (Potato Starch), Anti-caking Agent (Rice Extract Blend, Rice Fibre), Colour (Calcium Carbonate). *Bacteria Complex contains: Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum & Bifidobacterium bifidum.
During antibiotic treatment: Take 1 capsule of phase 1 (Probio7 Ultra) for 15 days. If antibiotic course is longer, we recommend continuing with Probio7 Ultra until finished. Leave 2-4 hours between taking Probio7 Ultra and your antibiotic.
Once your antibiotic treatment has finished: Take 1 capsule of phase 2 (Probio7 Advanced) for 15 days.
For continued support, take Probio7 Advanced daily.
Capsule can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and mixed with cold food or cold drink.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.
All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
