Nutty and with oats this granola has no added sugar, Hazelnuts are the main nuts with Almonds and Brazils in support - total nut content +37% so bursting with nutty energy - with dates and apricots providing a fruity note complementing the oats nuts and seeds. natural, nothing artificial or added extras, no wheat, just great stuff.
As a breakfast a 40g portion is recommended, maybe with a little Greek yoghurt of almond milk if preferred, providing enough slow-burn energy to last the morning.
