Belazu's best known product, and the one that made rose harissa a fixture in British kitchens. Chilli and spices softened with rose petals, which rounds the heat rather than dulling it. Stir into stews, rub on lamb, or whisk into yoghurt. Belazu have been importing and blending Mediterranean and Middle Eastern ingredients since 1991, and supply a good number of restaurant kitchens as well as home ones.
