The only unsweetened, unsalted and whole-grain Spelt Flakes on the market. With ours, one grain of natural spelt = one simply steamed, rolled and lightly toasted flake. Thanks to an intolerance of fertilisers, spelt still can't be farmed intensively like common wheat. It's easier to digest (even if your iffy about wheat), it's higher in protein, and it has more fibre. Long live spelt!

  • We cannot ship to: Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland
  • Liquids over 100ml cannot be shipped outside the UK

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times
