Roasted cashews with salt and cracked pepper, in a 1.5kg catering bag. Cashews take salt better than most nuts. Sized for events, offices or a bar, where a 100g bag disappears in minutes. Mr Filberts roast and season in small batches in Somerset rather than buying in pre-seasoned nuts, which is why the coating sits unevenly and tastes of what it says. Reseal the bag between sittings — air is the enemy of a good nut.
