A bear-shaped dairy-free confection at 42% cocoa, made with tigernut flour (16%) and natural flavouring, in salted caramel. No milk, so suitable for vegans. Tigernut is a small tuber rather than a nut, which is how Plamil get a creamy texture without dairy. A 25g bear, good for lunchboxes.
