Aqueous herbal extract (50 %) from:
roselle flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa), camomile flower (Matricaria recutita), fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare), spinach leaf (Spinacia oleracea). Fructose syrup.
Mixture of fruit juice concentrates (12 %) of: orange, water, mango, carob extract, grape, lemon, apple.
Magnesium gluconate, calcium gluconate, magnesium salts from citric acid, calcium lactate, thickener: locust bean gum, zinc citrate, natural flavours, vitamin D (as cholecalciferol).

Adults and children over 12 years: 20ml twice daily preferably before breakfast and evening meal.
