Sea moss with bladderwrack, 90 capsules. Two seaweeds taken together - sea moss (Chondrus crispus, also called Irish moss) and bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus), both naturally rich in iodine.

Note that seaweed is an unusually concentrated source of iodine and the amount varies between harvests. If you have a diagnosed thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, speak to your GP before taking an iodine supplement. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times
