Soft, crunchy sea salt flakes with a fresh intensity and clean taste, in a 250g box. Use as a finishing salt where the crunch is part of the point — on a steak, a tomato or a chocolate biscuit. Maldon have been harvesting salt from the Blackwater estuary in Essex since 1882, using the same open-pan method. The pyramid-shaped flakes are what make it crush cleanly between your fingers rather than pouring like table salt.
