Soft, crunchy sea salt flakes with a fresh intensity and clean taste, in a 125g box — the standard size, and the one most kitchens keep by the hob. Maldon have been harvesting salt from the Blackwater estuary in Essex since 1882, using the same open-pan method. The pyramid-shaped flakes are what make it crush cleanly between your fingers rather than pouring like table salt.
