Seagreens Culinary Ingredient is a 200g pack of ready-ground knotted wrack seaweed (Ascophyllum nodosum), with a mild, nutty vegetable taste that can be used as an alternative to salt.

Sprinkle it over soups, salads, eggs, rice and vegetables, or add it to bread, sauces and stews. It is free from additives, GMOs, wheat and gluten, and not irradiated.
