OVERVIEW: Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) is a traditional herb in Ayurvedic practice and is native to parts of India and Southeast Asia. It grows as a climbing plant with delicate leaves, small white flowers, red berries, and a root system made up of tuberous roots. These roots have been valued for centuries in traditional herbalism and are still widely used as part of holistic wellness routines. BENEFITS: Shatavari is traditionally regarded as a supportive herb for women's health, particularly during key life stages such as menstruation and menopause.
