Biona Shoyu Sauce is a traditional Japanese soy sauce, naturally brewed from organic soya beans, wheat, water and sea salt for a well-rounded umami flavour. Use it anywhere you'd reach for soy sauce — stir-fries, marinades, dipping sauces or seasoning rice and noodle dishes.

This 250ml bottle is certified organic. Contains soya and wheat, unlike wheat-free tamari.
