Unwind with this quietly soothing nigh-time blend. Honeybush, passionflower and ashwagandha are gently lifted with calming notes of spearmint and peppermint for a delicious cup at the end of the day.

Honeybush (19%), rooibos, spearmint (15%), peppermint (15%), passionflower, lemon balm, camomile, cinnamon, ashwagandha.

For a perfect cup use fresh, boiled water. Infuse for 2-4 mins according to taste.
