Solgar Digestive Enzymes are very important. If your body does not have enough digestive enzymes then you will not digest your food properly, leading to all sorts of problems.

Undigested food can become allergens when they come into contact with the immume system.

Lack of the enzyme lactase can lead to inadequate breakdown of lactose, a milk sugar, resulting in bloating, flatulence, diarrhoea and abdominal cramping.

130mg Pancreatin
130mg Ox Bile Extract
65mg Aspergillus Oryzae Diastase
65mg Betaine HCI
32mg Papain
30mg Pepsin Extract (equivalent to 100mg pepsin)
Bulking Agents: (calcium carbonate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, sucrose, lactose), Ox Bile Powdered Extract, Betaine HCI, Pancreatin 4X Concentrate (providing Protease, Amylase, Lipase), Powdered Peppermint (Mentha piperita) Leaf, Cross-Linked Cellulose Gum, Aspergillus oryzae, Amylase, Anti-caking Agents: (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), Papain, Glazing Agents: (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)), Pepsin Extract (contains milk). 
Sugar, salt and starch free.
