Milk Thistle is fantastic for regenerating and detoxing the liver.

Silymarin, the key active compound in milk thistle, is one of the most potent liver protective substances known. Silymarin has been shown to increase glutathione production in the liver by around 30%, thus increasing detoxification capabilities significantly. Silymarin also stimulates protein synthesis in the liver encouraging the growth of healthy liver cells.

In addition, bile activity is stimulated with the ingestion of milk thistle, an attribute that is both supportive to the liver and gall bladder.

Each vegetable capsule provides: 
Raw Milk Thistle Herb/Seed Powder (Silybum marianum) 350 mg
Milk Thistle Seed Powdered Extract (total flavonoids including silymarin 80 mg [80%]) 100 mg
Raw Milk Thistle Herb/Seed Powder (Silybum marianum), Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Milk Thistle Seed Powdered Extract (total flavonoids including silymarin 80%), Bulking Agent: hydroxypropyl cellulose, Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.

Take 1 Solgar Milk Thistle Vegicaps daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
