Solgar Selenium 100ug Tablets are produced from high-selenium primary grown yeast.

Selenium is an essential trace mineral that works synergistically with Vitamin E. As a constituent of glutathione peroxidase, an antioxidant enzyme, selenium neutralises free radicals before they can damage body tissues. It is a potent antioxidant.

Each Solgar Selenium tablet provides:

620mg Brewers Yeast
100ug Selenium (from primary grown yeast)
